Brand new role... Assistant HR Business Partner!!!
 
Based in Birmingham
Salary up to £35,910
Full time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
 
Ashley Kate HR are currently working with a well known Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham on their search for a Assistant HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12 Month FTC basis to cover a secondment within the team.
 
This role will be to lead on case work and support HR Business Partners with HR project work. Responsible for Employee Relations (ER) casework effectively across the business. Providing day to day operational and tactical advice and solutions to line managers and staff on HR policies and processes.
 
This person will have proven, and solid experience in managing project work and varied levels of Employee Relations experience from a previous HR role, as well as having experience of providing HR support to senior managers e.g. HR Manager and Head of HR.
